In this position you will:

analyse and assess IT system processes and automated business processes in the context of financial reporting
support our teams in auditing clients in the industrial or financial services sector
identify optimisation potential at our clients and offer support in implementing improvements
interact independently with client IT representatives at management and operational level and successfully handle demanding situations
gain in-depth insight into the IT landscape of our national and international clients

Your profile:

Master’s degree in business informatics (or business administration with computer science / computer science with business administration)
Broad professional experience in IT audit and advisory
Excellent command of German, outstanding spoken and written English
Strong initiative and attention to detail with a commitment to the highest quality standards

Responsibilities:
· Answering user queries and gathering user requirements
· Consulting / business analysis / requirements relating to the ULLINK trading application and the main client, the Execution Desk (stock traders)
· Analysis and documentation of business requirements for the front-end applications Order Management System (ULLINK) and Algo/Smart Order Routing (QUOD), and documentation of business and IT processes
· Helping to ensure the smooth operation of the applications and ongoing monitoring of the relevant operational processes
· Supporting the fast and efficient resolution of issues raised via ticketing for end users; creating documentation for service desk staff and users (wiki)
· Contributing to development projects with a view to transition into operations (service transition), including release management
· Delivering application training for users
